2/27/26 - Casas de Luz and Doxa Integration
Casa de Luz is proud to announce that, as of 2026, it is joining hands with Doxa, an established 501c3 non-profit organization working exclusively in Tijuana for over 30 years. This transfer of stewardship is rooted in deep alignment of values, a common vision for serving families in Tijuana, and a desire to pursue greater long-term sustainability. This partnership brings exciting opportunities. With a larger combined volunteer base, long-term partner relationships, and complementary strengths, we’re positioned to serve more families with greater depth and sustainability than ever before. Likewise, we’re better equipped to welcome and support a greater variety of volunteer groups who wish to build houses and meaningfully engage with the Tijuana community. We recognize this transition may raise questions, so we’ve created a short FAQ to provide additional clarity.
