High School Internship
Help organize a high school club to raise money for a homebuild through the school year. As an intern, you will also be able to contribute to the entire Casas de Luz organization by building cottages, helping plan larger events, doing ongoing fundraising and contributing to online content.
Mexico Home Build Leader
We are seeking experienced home builders to learn more about the process of leading the caravan, answering questions during the build, organizing food and bedding during the overnight, and ensuring a safe and positive atmosphere on CDL build weekend in Tijuana. Getting more build leads is crucial to increasing the number of builds we are able to support as an organization. Shed Organization
We are seeking volunteers to help organize furniture and other donations at the sheds in Solana Beach. These people will coordinate with our Donations Coordinators and help put together the items for the future builds.
20th Anniversary Event Planning
2025 is our 20th anniversary and we are hoping to plan a large celebration and fundraiser to mark the occasion. We would love to have volunteers to help with hosting or planning this event in the fall. If you’ve got any ideas to support the party next year, please email casasdeluz16@gmail.com
